As a mortgage broker, having a good transaction coordinator to communicate with can be a difference maker for everyone's experience. I have been lucky enough to work with a few agents who utilize EZ-TC and wow, it feels like the big leagues. I’ve seen Bobby work miracles. He once corrected a contract so fast that my email refreshed before I even hit send. He has an uncanny ability to decipher title reports like he’s reading a bedtime story, and if you ever feel lost in a sea of closing docs, he’s the lighthouse guiding you to dry land.

Do title reps fear his efficiency? Without a doubt. Does he manage my paperwork chaos better than I do? 100%.
